written in May, 1999: I know this is strange, but I just got these pix back and I love 'em, so I wanted to share them with you all before they settle into the oblivion that is my website (if they ever do... I still haven't even started on a prototype for a photo album). These are by no means all the pix i got back, cos some of 'em [...] are really monotonous, but... ah, I dunno... just wanted to share! Our journey begins at the corner of Western and 119th. There's no real damage or destruction here, but the street was blocked off only to those who had houses south of this spot. My house was just on the outskirts of the damage. |
