For those of you that don't know, the London Eye is a device that was built for the year 2000 kickoff. It's essentially a ferris wheel with walls and windows on all sides. The first time I was in London, Philip and I went up on the Eye (on a clear day, woop!) and you really can see for miles at the top. Down on the ground I saw a big purple blob that turned out to be a man in a Barney the Dinosaur costume. I was so busy trying to figure out what the hell the purple thing was that I didn't pay very much attention to the rest of London. Oh well. |
